In force from 8 September 2026. These terms apply to orders placed on or after that date.
Adracle is a trading name of Volodymyr Holovachov, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. He is the seller and merchant of record for every order, and the charge on your card statement reads ADRACLE.COM. Analysis is delivered by 99rabbits under contract to him.

Where these terms and the sales page disagree, the sales page wins. This document is written to record what adracle.com already promises, not to narrow it. If you find a difference, tell us and we will honour the page and fix the document.
A Competitor Ad Audit Report: a written analysis of the publicly available Meta Ad Library material for three advertisers you name, in a market you name, delivered to you as a private document.
The report covers what those advertisers are running, how long individual creatives have run, what they have stopped paying for, the patterns shared across the three libraries, and a set of original test ideas drawn from the gaps between them. Every substantive claim in it links to the ad behind it, and the report states what share of each library it read, measured against Meta’s own reported result count.
The price is €149, one time, shown inclusive of any tax that applies. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payment is taken by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s own page and never reach this site. Stripe emails your receipt.
You pay first and name your three competitors on the next screen. That is deliberate: it keeps the order to two steps.
The five business days run from the day your three competitors reach us — not from the moment you pay. If you pay and name nobody for a week, the week is not counted against us. We will chase you for them.
Before any analysis begins, we check that each of the three libraries holds enough material to audit. If one does not, you are offered a replacement advertiser or a refund, and you choose. That check happens first, so you are never told after the fact that a third of what you bought was empty.
The report arrives at the email address on your order within five business days of your three competitors reaching us. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays.
If we are going to miss that, you will hear it from us before the deadline rather than after, with the choice of waiting or taking a full refund.
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before analysis begins — in practice, any time before we have started work on your three libraries. Write to stan@99rabbits.com.
Once the report has been delivered, the work is done and cannot be returned, so it is not refundable on the basis of a conclusion you did not like. It is refundable if it does not do what section 2 says it does — if a claim does not link to the ad behind it, if the coverage figure is wrong, if a library was not read. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it or refund you.
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract for services. By submitting your three competitors you are asking us to begin within that period, and you accept that once the report is delivered in full you lose the right to cancel. Until it is delivered you keep it, and you can cancel for a full refund under the paragraph above regardless.
Nothing from your audit is published or resold. Your report is yours. We do not sell it on, we do not publish it, and we do not reuse it as a sample. The specimen pages on the sales page come from an audit run as a demonstration and are redacted.
You can use the report however you like inside your own organisation, including sharing it with your team, your agency or your investors. You may not resell it or publish it as your own product.
You are responsible for naming advertisers that are genuinely comparable to what you sell, and for the accuracy of what you tell us about your brand and market. A report scoped against the wrong three advertisers is a report about the wrong three advertisers.
The report is analysis and opinion, offered to inform decisions you make. Decisions about your advertising, spend and creative remain yours.
Except where the law does not allow it to be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud — our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profit, lost advertising spend or lost opportunity.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
If something is wrong, write to stan@99rabbits.com. At the volume this operates at, a person reads every message and replies.
